Here at Refuge we believe that walking with Jesus is the most
exciting thing we will ever do! Being a Christian is not boring
or a duty, but a joy and privilege. We do not believe that
church should be stale or dry, but full of life and freshness.
In student ministry today there are two basic types: those
who make things exciting, but give very little truth, and
those who give truth but give very little excitement. We believe
Jesus never intended for our walk with Him to be absent of
life. He is the Life and we should live it. Successful, and
Biblical ministry involves uncompromised truth with genuine
excitement.

At Refuge we are determined to teach that God alone deserves
all glory for the salvation of men and the blessings the believer
experiences as a result of being in a relationship with Jesus
Christ.

SCRIPTURA (BY SCRIPTURE ALONE)
At Refuge we are determined to teach that the Bible is the
only inspired and authoritative Word of God. It is the only
source of Christian doctrine, where we see God and as a result
see ourselves properly.

GRATIA (BY GRACE ALONE)
At Refuge we are determined to teach that salvation comes
by God’s grace alone, not something a sinner can earn
or work for. |
